Description

Measuring amplifier with up to eight measuring channels. Two measuring amplifier variants are available: 1 model with 8 channels for pressure measurement (model PP) or
the model with combined measurement of pressure and temperature, in which case 4 measuring channels each are available (model PT). Via a bus system
up to four measuring amplifiers can be interconnected. This results in a maximum of up to 32 measuring channels. * The associated cable is available under the number: FA409-554
The pressure/temperature sensors are connected to the measuring amplifier via a 4-channel relay box (MIS-304..) can be connected to one measuring amplifier. A special cable, the relay cable (FA049-...), is required to connect the relay box to the measuring amplifier. This is available in different lengths in order to be able to optimally design the installation on the injection moulding machine depending on the size of the mould.
The pressure/temperature value is monitored under the previously set condition, and in the event of a deviation outside the specified error limits, an alarm signal is issued via a digital output.
The waveform of the pressure value converted into the analogue voltage is forwarded to the injection moulding machine.
With the help of the enclosed PC software, the measuring signal of the sensors can be displayed in real time on the PC. The error limits for an alarm are also set via the PC program. It is also possible to evaluate real-time data and recorded measurement curves
